Q: What can I do if I spill liquid on a puzzle?

Starz puzzles are water resistant. If you should spill on your puzzle, wipe the liquid off with a dry or damp cloth, allow to dry completely. If cleaned properly, the image should not peel, curl, or fade.

Q: When I order online is my credit card information secure?

Providing a safe and secure environment for your order information is our top priority. Starz Puzzles protects the security of your online transaction by taking advantage of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL technology encrypts data allowing only Sinbad Sweets to decode your information and helps to create a secure environment for transactions on the internet.
